Rain-affected funeral requires only 2/3rds of body to be buried

Co-creator of crickets’ Duckworth-Lewis scoring method, Frank Duckworth has died at 84 (or 55 when adjusted for rain).

A funeral date has been set for the late statistician where they will honour the man by only covering 2/3rds of his body if it rains.

Officials say he died overnight due to natural circumstances causes and umpires have confirmed that his remaining life work will now be called a draw.
