Joe Biden congratulates President Kamala Harris on historic election win

President Joe Biden has reached out to his Vice President Kamala Harris to congratulate her on her historic election win yesterday.

President Biden, whose last years of his presidency were marred by a series of embarrassing public gaffes was extremely relieved his legacy would be carried on by Harris.

“I was always confident that Kamala would come through and win. How could she not after I gave her such a strong base to build her campaign from?!” Biden told reporters, who remain adamant the President was mentally as sharp as ever.

After an aide was forced to quickly inform the President that Harris actually lost the election, Biden was devastated and feared the country may not survive the return of President Nixon.
