The non-party, independent MPs known as the ‘Teals’ have announced a revolutionary plan to further represent their core voters who are sick of traditional political parties by becoming a traditional political party.
‘The Teal Party’ aims to offer disenfranchised voters a completely original kind of party to vote for, one that talks of ‘bringing the country to the centre’ while existing as a party as to allow ultra-wealthy donors to be able to donate more money under the new donation rules.
Independent MP Zali Steggall told reporters the new party would not compromise the independence of the Teals.
“The best way to independently represent our communities is to become codependent. But don’t worry we will all still speak our mind and not just regurgitate the same party talking points as each other.”
Meanwhile, Independent MP Allegra Spender told reporters the new party would not compromise the independence of the Teals.
“The best way to independently represent our communities is to become codependent. But don’t worry we will all still speak our mind and not just regurgitate the same party talking points as each other.”
