Wow it must have been two weeks since Peter Dutton was on the front page of papers already. Time flies when you aren’t talking about a fuckwit.
With this lack of attention, the world’s least charismatic Trump impersonator and Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has predictably chosen to resort to his favourite political tactic: racism and Islamophobia.
Liberal Party strategists told The Chaser that while others would consider using ‘good policies’ to demand headlines, they don’t have any of those and instead choose to just let the alleged ‘not a monster’ be himself.
“If he goes a week without being on the front page, he starts rambling about the economy. But if that doesn’t work, we tell him to speak from the heart. But he doesn’t have one of those so he just spreads bigotry instead.”
“We have to let him do it though, at this point we are convinced that if he goes three weeks without everyone talking about him, he will just start dropping slurs.”
In response to Dutton’s dangerous rhetoric, the nation’s media have decided to give boost his racist bullshit out of fear of being perceived of having a ‘pro-fact’ or ‘anti-racist’ bias.
