Trump awarded Nobel Peace Prize for shutting down the Trump government

As the shutdown of the American government comes to an end, Award lobbyist and occasional President Donald Trump has finally received a Nobel Peace Prize for his historic role in shutting down the Trump government for a month.

Neutralising the tyrannical Trump administration was unanimously voted the greatest contribution to world peace in decades, making him an obvious winner for the prize.

Trump had long campaigned for the honour after promising to end wars in Ukraine and the Middle East, despite never quite getting around to it.

“The time I’ve selflessly dedicated to claiming I’ve already ended wars and campaigning for peace prizes really does eats into your calendar,” Trump explained. 

“Unfortunately, I haven’t had time to actually end any wars. But rest assured, I remain committed to world peace… awards.”

Trump has reportedly begun working on developing a groundbreaking spine replacement surgery for the Democrats who gave up on the fight for healthcare, in the hopes to also win a Nobel Prize for Medicine.
