“Immigration is the problem with housing” says guy who had 26 properties

The combination of a cop and a property investor, Peter Dutton has once again claimed that immigration is to blame for housing crisis, instead of politicians who have purchased 26 properties in 35 years.

“I’ve seen the effects that of foreigners on this market first hand,” said Dutton, “I mean I’ve had to outbid dozens of them in my time.”

“These greedy people think they can come here and buy up all the properties, it’s disgraceful. Whereas I started with nothing but the money I was earning as a cop, my wife’s business ventures that are all tied up in trusts, and some perfectly timed investments just before government actions. Just a typical mum and pop investor.”

Dutton went on to tell young voters who will never be able to afford a house because some people keep buying them all up, that they should start small buy cutting out avocado toast and flipping things like shopping centres.

“Just make sure to sell all but one before running for PM so you can pretend to be regular guy.”
