Following widespread backlash, Ed Sheeran has finally broken his silence on the devastating crisis gripping the world, by apologising for his latest album.

Sheeran made this apology during his latest concert, giving a sincere speech that felt natural and off the cuff.

“It was catastrophic and unjustifiable and I, pause for effect, am deeply sorry, begin welling up, and hope you can forgive me, look directly into the camera, pause for applause.”

Meanwhile, since being dumped as Ed Sheeran’s opener following his support for Palestine, Macklemore has been praised around the world.

“Macklemore has the right to say whatever he believes on stage,” one free-speech advocate insisted.
