ACMA bravely stands up to Kyle and Jackie O show weeks after show was already taken off air

A major triumph of bravery from the media regulator as the ACMA has warned KIIS FM that if the Kyle and Jackie O show continue to break broadcasting rules over the next few years, they could face punishment, just two weeks after the show was already pulled from the air.

This heroic stance comes after 27 years of overlooking said rule breaking and 1 completely unrelated show cancellation.

With the network now shaking from the threat that if the cancelled show magically comes back they will temporarily be required to follow the same rules as every other show.

“Enough is enough,” said the regulator, “we are not afraid of standing up to your show, unless the legal challenges bring the show back, in which case we are willing to let bygones be bygones.”

Reports also suggest that ACMA is gearing up to warn Hey Hey It’s Saturday to stop airing blackface.
