Plibersek brags that Labor hasn’t approved any fossil fuel projects for a few hours

A historic moment for climate action in Australian politics, as the Labor government has managed to go several hours without approving any fossil fuel projects.
This milestone, which came thanks to hard work, determination and politicians being on break was celebrated by Labor’s social media team.
“Finally the adults are in charge of the environment,” posted Plibersek hoping no one fact checks her again, “unlike the Liberal Party, we have been doing a bit less fossil fuel projects.”
“While our record is perfect we do need to do more. At the rate we are killing koalas, soon there will be none left for my next photo-op.”
In response, the Liberal Party have slammed Labor for ‘abandoning middle Australia mining magnates’ and promised to figure out a way to approve expansions 24/7.
