Senator Linda Reynolds filed a lawsuit against subpoena enthusiast Linda Reynolds accusing the latter of doing ‘severe damage’ to her reputation during recent legal proceedings.
This comes as the senator has launched a second lawsuit against former staffer and rape survivor Brittany Higgins, after subpoenaing multiple other survivors, in what she claims is a bid to prove that she does not harass survivors.
“I would never do anything to disparage survivors from speaking their truths,” said the woman who called Higgins a ‘lying cow’, “that is why I want to force as many as I can to be examined by my legal team under oath… to give them a chance to speak out… or just give me all their money.”
“But the way that I have portrayed myself is just defamatory and gives off a perception that is completely untrue. This injustice must end. It’s time to prove in court, to myself, that I am the real victim here.”
