Dutton says he would move to Sydney as PM to reduce travel time to his fundraisers with billionaires

Opposition leader Peter Dutton has announced a noble sacrifice, saying that if he becomes Prime Minister he will move to Kirribilli House instead of The Lodge, in order to save taxpayer money on the constant travel to hold fundraisers with billionaires.
“It’s about being there for the people,” said Dutton as he took a bite of caviar, “and the mansions of the only people I listen to are in Sydney, so why would I stay in Canberra?”
“I said that efficiency would be my highest priority as PM, but when you factor in the sheer amount I am spending to fly myself and staffers to Sydney from Brisbane and Canberra, plus the effort to always do it in secret, and the time it takes to be on those planes and having to call up to borrow a private jet… this will be so much better for everyone.”
“Plus, now I’ll have my own waterfront mansion to hold the soirees, with ample room for yacht parking.”
Dutton has reportedly offered The Lodge to Gina Rinehart, in the hopes that she can turn the property into a mine.
