Albanese appoints Plibersek “Minister for Stepping on Banana Peels”

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has been seen giggling to himself after creating a new role for Tanya Plibersek: The Minister for Stepping on Banana Peels.

This comes after the man who refuses to his political rival have the education portfolio she wants, has released her from her duties as ‘environment minister not allowed to make deals with the Greens to introduce policy’, instead making her ‘social services minister in charge of coming up with excuses to not raise people out of poverty despite demanding the LNP do it when she was in opposition”.

Plibersek’s new ‘Stepping on Banana Peels’ role includes more than just bananas, it also includes stepping on rakes and stepping on Lego.

Albanese denied having any ulterior motive when allocating Plibersek’s new role, before demanding everything she does in the role be done on camera.

UPDATE: Plibersek has also been put in charge of offering to give chocolate to voters’ dogs.
