Woman raised on Glee still waiting for a partner to do a teary acoustic version of a pop song

Local millennial Jenny Smith has been left disappointed as no one has ever done a teary accoustic rendition of a pop song to her, which she learned watching Glee growing up is the only real way to express your love.

This comes after the theatre kid who was obsessed with the show when she was a teen, only to change to making Hamilton her entire personality, has now returned to the Glee obsession after watching whole episodes in 30 second segments on TikTok.

“I thought it would have happened at least once by now,” she said, “like some of the characters on the show I’ve dated across the gender spectrum, but it seems none of them know how to express real love.”

“I’m not asking for too much from a partner, I mean it doesn’t have to be a Santana or Mercedes level performance.”
