Local Mum and Pop investor Gregory Richman Esq. the 12th has finished his latest media tour telling every news outlet and radio station that the real cause of the housing bubble is workers being paid a living wage.

The property mogul’s analysis has been treated as a certified fact, due to his expertise hoarding ten houses.

“The housing crisis is caused by greed,” he said after raising all his rents just because he can, “these people demanding enough money to live off are just so selfish.”

“When I sell a house for a million dollars profit, I always think about the poor soul who bought it being ripped off by the greedy people who made the cost of building it go up by maybe a few grand.”
