Politics nerd working from home ‘definitely not’ just watching the DNC

Australian politics nerd Chantelle Smith has sworn that she ‘definitely is not’ watching the Democratic National Convention while working from home.

The politics enthusiast who shares posts to her Instagram story at a pace that would definitely win Kamala Harris the presidency, if Australian Instagram stories had any impact on US voters, claims she will just be reading the news reports about the convention after.

“I haven’t responded to those emails yet because I am just super busy at the moment,” she said, “yeah I don’t even know what else I could be doing today.”

“But also, how amazing are the speeches… I mean I assume they are amazing… yeah that’s why I said it, I need confirmation from someone who is watching that they are good. I am totally on task.”
