Political unrest introduced as new sport for French Olympics

The Olympic committee has announced that political unrest will be added to the lineup of new sports for this year’s Paris Olympic games.

“The Olympics is about embracing being the best at something and with such fierce global competition we couldn’t ignore it any longer,” said Olympic committee president Thomas Bach, “now countries will be able to show exactly how much civil turmoil they can create and who can do it best.”

The sport will have three separate events: Synchronised Spin-talk, Oppression Relay and The Marginalisation Decathlon.

The location of these events is not yet confirmed with some insiders speculating on the French House of Representatives being repurposed.

“I’m sure whoever the French government turns out to be will be in full support.”
