Guy whose parents got him his job says he’s sick of people “not being hired on merit”

Local “Entrepreneur” Rich Khant the 4th, has told the media that he is sick and tired of ‘people getting jobs without merit”.

“Around the country there are people getting jobs for the wrong reasons,” said the 37 year old executive at his dad’s friend’s company, “I go to conventions and in a room of about 40 people doing the same job as me, these days I see like maybe five women and one person of colour. Clearly that is way too many.”

“These people are getting their jobs because of a woke DEI bias towards hiring people who have ‘actual qualifications’ for the job. It’s disgusting.”

“Gone is the traditional criteria of who their mummy and daddy is or whether hiring them would mean getting to take the family helicopter to court-side basketball tickets. It’s totally unfair.”
