ABC addresses internal racism report by denying there’s proof that any races exist

The ABC’s lawyers have responded to the internal racism report from last year by arguing that no one in the report can prove that any races exist.

This comes after the network’s lawyers said in court filings that there is not enough proof that Lebanese people, Middle-Eastern people and Arab people exist as races, an argument they thought would be better to make than just apologising to Antoinette Lettouf.

“Our report acknowledges that racism exists,” said a representative for the network, “and that there is a lot of it behind the scenes. But clearly we now understand that nothing needs to change because it is literally impossible to be racist.”

“Plus, none of our white employees have ever had a problem with racism, and they are the ones we listen to the most so we would have heard by now.”
