Chris Minns announces state funeral for Kyle and Jackie O Show

NSW Premier Chris Minns has tearfully announced that the NSW Government will host a state funeral for the Kyle & Jackie O’ Show following its not timely enough demise. 

The pair who were paid an exorbitant amount to cause controversies flew too close to the sun when Sandilands took a break from a segment on Prince Andrew to have a go at Jackie O for liking star charts.

“Kyle and Jackie O’ were towering figures in Australian radio” Minns told the media. “It was probably the only show on radio where you could find Ed Sheeran being asked which item on the GYG menu was most fuckable alongside an interrogation of a 14-year-old sexual abuse survivor about her trauma”

“We will all mourn the tragic loss of the show that was Sydney, so much so that Melbournians refused to listen.”

The Opera House will be lit up with a dick projected onto it to commemorate the loss of the show.
