Scientists warn of effect that being a landlord has on human brain

Scientists have released a major health warning urging everyone to avoid a contagion called ‘Landlord’, which has been known to leave human brains completely cooked.

This after a test subject, Dave Hughes, has gone on a series of increasingly deranged rants which were seemingly set off the moment the government said if he wants to profit on new properties, he would need to pay a bit of tax.

“This is a serious risk,” said one doctor, “some may see it as harmless at first, but the toxicity spreads much like the black mould that landlords ignore.”

“Once you start seeing people poorer than yourself as a tool to make money, your brain begins breaking. You start seeing early symptoms like raising rents while buying up more houses and thinking that being a landlord is comparable to doing actual work.”

“Then it gets more serious when it progresses further to conspiracy theories about health recommendations and potentially even the point where you are hoarding properties while ranting about migrants and disability funding. All while saying that being a multimillionaire on tv doesn’t make you part of the elites.”

“We do need to do further research because this could be a ‘chicken or egg’ scenario as rich fuckwits tend to also be the people who want to become landlords in the first place.”
