Parent having to choose between rent and dinner sends deepest sympathies after hearing TV host making a million bucks a year lost his massive tax rort

In a heartwarming display of empathy, a struggling parent has sent their last remaining dollars to television host Kochie, who is reportedly struggling in this new economic climate. The parent, who is currently facing the difficult decision of whether to pay rent or buy dinner for their family, said they know exactly how Kochie must be feeling.

“I mean, it’s just heartbreaking, isn’t it?” the parent said, wiping away a tear. “To think that someone paid a million dollars a year to work four days a week might have to pay a little bit more in taxes? I can’t even imagine how he must be coping.”

The parent went on to say that they were so moved by Kochie’s plight that they had set up a GoFundMe page to help him through this difficult time. “I figure, if we can all chip in a few dollars, maybe we can help Kochie from having to work Fridays,” they said.

In response to the outpouring of support for Kochie, the government has announced that they will be setting up a new program to provide financial assistance to all wealthy individuals who are struggling to make ends meet, including lessons like “How to survive without government handouts” and “learning to live on just the $15 million in your savings account.”
